Photographs document University of Toronto geologists in the Petrology laboratory where artificial pressures can be created that are equal to the earths crust Including in the shots are Dr. John Rucklidge operating a microprobe, Profs Jeffrey Fawcett, Michael Downes and John Grittins with the pressure vessels. There are also photos of Dr. Alan Goodwin with specimens of the Pre-cambrian Shield, as it relates to his Geotraverse Project research.
