Kierans, Minister of Communications; archery club tournament at the Rifle Range; table tennis special demonstration in the main gym; and a concert of Canadian jazz composition by Ron Collier Orchestra in the Great Hall. Those who attended the debate include: Arnold Wilkinson, Warden of Hart House, James Peters, teacher at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, George Ignatieff, Canadian diplomat, and Sydney Hermant, a governor of the University of Toronto.
