Description
The procession includes Prime Minister Sir Wilfrid Laurier in the light and dark gown. He is preceded by the chairman of the board, John Hoskin. Premier James Whitney faces the camera. Robert Falconer is at the front right of the procession. Falconer was President of the University of Toronto from 1907 to 1932.
