Copy of a print by Robert Lansdale Photography Ltd. of an image of Cody taken sometime in the 1930s by Violet Keene, Eaton's - College St. Cody was President of the University of Toronto from 1932 to 1945. Cody died in 1951.

Description
Moffat St. Andrew Woodside and Eleanor Barton were married at Hart House in 1933. Woodside joined the staff at University College in 1932 and was appointed Dean, Faculty of Arts in 1952. He was Acting President of the University of Toronto from September 1957 to July 1958. In 1959 he became the Principal of University College and in 1963 he was appointed Vice-President (Academic), University of Toronto.
