Views of a party held at the Friendly Relations with Overseas Students (FROS) Building on 3 Wilcox St. The party was hosted by West Indian students for Dr. Claude Bissell and his wife before they travelled to Jamaica for Dr. Bissell to deliver the Convocation Address at University College of the West Indies. Included are shots of Dr. Bissell shaking hands with Mrs. Errol Clement and Dr. Bissell and his wife mingling with students.
