Present at the ceremony was Chancellor Solandt, President Bissell, Department Chair, Harry Welsh and Prof Kenneth McNeil, director of the new laboratory. Shots show outdoor gathering in front of the Physics building including views of audience and speakers and group shots of individuals in regalia. Also includes shots of "LINAC Laboratory" and groups examining the equipment.
