Graduation photo. Bethune enlisted in 1914 when he was still in medical school. After being wounded in the second battle of Ypres in 1915, he returned to Canada and graduated with a medical degree in 1916.

Description
McMurrich, professor of anatomy, was appointed first Dean of the School of Graduate Studies in 1922. He resigned in 1930. McMurrich was born in 1859 and died in 1939. The photograph was taken of a portrait of McMurrich painted by Mr. Kenneth Forbes in 1930.
